This area of the Racing Home portal introduces and explains your rights and entitlements regarding pregnancy and has information on maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, flexible working, self-employment and statutory pay.

Each will vary depending on your individual circumstances.
As an employee, it is important to check if your employer has any particular policies in place as they may differ slightly from the Racing Home policies provided.

Parental Leave
If you have been employed continuously for 1 year and have responsibility for a child, you are entitled to up to 4 weeks unpaid parental leave to look after them.
